Mike Brown is a partner in the firm. In 1974 Mr. Brown graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Over a 40 year legal career, his practice has primarily focused on defending cases of professional liability in the fields medical and other professional malpractice matters and other general liability matters. He has successfully tried over 100 jury trials to verdict. He was selected to become a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates

Irina Rosenberg is a partner in the firm. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2008. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012. While attending Pepperdine University School of law, she was a member of the Honor's Negotiation Competition Team.
She has successfully tried multiple jury trials to verdict.

Tina Javaherian is a partner in the firm. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles and received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. She was a member of the Pepperdine University Law Review, for which she authored a published article. Ms. Javaherian has also obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of West Los Angeles.

Michelle Jackson

With more than 20 years of experience in the civil insurance defense field. Ms. Jackson has also litigated consumer and employment class actions and provided counsel and advice to employers and small businesses. Before joining Schuler and Brown, Ms. Jackson was a sole practitioner, representing both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury and employment matters.. In 2021, Ms. Jackson and her co-counsel served as class counsel for 100,000 California merchants, achieving a $6 million settlement in the Los Angeles Superior Court case of David Vera v. U. S. Bankcard Services, Inc. Ms. Jackson hails from Michigan and received both her Bachelors and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan.
